Refund policy

At dotfits, your comfort comes first. If your purchase doesn’t feel right, we offer a 7-day free return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact. Once your return is approved, we will arrange a free pickup anywhere in the UAE. After inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed promptly.

Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse. Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or clearance reasons.
